SECTORS / DOMAIN: Robotics and automation, with a focus on human-robot collaboration and the deployment of FORTIS technologies.



SPECIFIC ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: Eligible entities may include universities/RTOs, mid-caps, SMEs, startups and end-users. Projects must enter at TRL 4–5 and aim to achieve TRL 7 by project completion. At least one consortium member must be an SME.



SPECIFIC TOPICS OR CHALLENGES: Proposals must address one of the following subtopics: Optimisation of HRC / Task Allocation; Flexible Interface Digital Twin; HRI Watchdog; HRI Activities Digital Twin; Omnideployment of the FORTIS Solution; Ergonomics-Aware Human State and Interaction Context for Adaptive HRC; Interfaces with XR; or Trust-Aware Multi-Sensor Localisation and Mapping for FORTIS Robotic Platforms.



INDIVIDUAL OR CONSORTIUM: Consortium applications are required. Each consortium must consist of three eligible entities, including at least one SME, from at least two different eligible countries.



PROJECTS DURATION: 10 months, divided into 3 sprints (3 + 3+ 4 months).



BUDGET, FUNDING RATES AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS:

Funding rate: 100% for non-profit entities such as universities/RTOs and 70% for SMEs and other for-profit entities. An indicative contribution of up to €250,000 per project.
