Within the framework of the European project AgriFood4Future (co-funded by the European Union), Trama TecnoAmbiental (TTA) and the project consortium (led in this task by Building Global Innovators - BGI) invite agrifood SMEs and corporates to join the Open Innovation & Challenge-Based Programme as Challenge Owners.



❓ What is the opportunity?

Participating companies can define up to two strategic or technological challenges from their daily operations (e.g., smart farming, irrigation water & energy efficiency, decarbonization, novel ingredients, or circular economy).

- Tailored Matching: Get matched with vetted European startups, tech providers, and research groups (preferable TRL 4–7) tailored to your specific problem statement.

- De-Risk Innovation: Co-design a structured feasibility study and pilot-ready plan (defining KPIs, technical integration, and risk mitigation) before committing to major capital investments.

- Technical Mentorship: Access frameworks and guidance to absorb external innovation and accelerate your green and digital transition.

- European Exposure: Present pilot outcomes at an international stakeholder event and integrate into the pan-European AgriFood4Future network.
