To develop a technology-driven solution that enables visitors to access essential information while also allowing them to interactively pose questions, highlight areas of interest, or receive in-depth, personalized insights about La Pedrera–Casa Milà. The solution would leverage AI or other advanced technologies to deliver relevant answers in real time and provide access to additional documentary resources, drawing on the verified documentation and expertise of Fundació Catalunya La Pedrera and other trusted sources. The solution could also be useful to collect valuable data on visitor behavior and trends, supporting security, management, and the ongoing enhancement of the visitor experience.

Key requirements for the solution:

- Offer personalized, interactive content so each visitor can tailor their experience according to individual interests, with support for multiple languages.

- Compatible both with devices provided by the institution (e.g. mobile devices, headphones) and with visitors’ own smartphones or tablets.
