La usabilidad será un criterio prioritario. Se valorarán soluciones que no sobredimensionen la necesidad y que puedan implantarse de forma progresiva, con acompañamiento cercano y formación práctica. La inteligencia artificial puede ser un elemento interesante si está integrada en procesos reales de negocio, pero no será el criterio principal de selección. Se priorizará que la solución resuelva correctamente las necesidades de base: documentación, histórico, stock, flujo comercial, contabilidad/exportación a gestoría e informes. El objetivo es identificar una solución proporcionada, útil y viable, evitando herramientas excesivamente complejas o soluciones que destaquen funcionalidades avanzadas, como IA, pero no resuelvan las necesidades operativas fundamentales de la empresa.
