Empresa industrial del sector del mecanizado de precisión busca proveedores tecnológicos especializados en soluciones ERP para industria manufacturera. La compañía trabaja con series cortas y medias, y necesita una herramienta que le ayude a ordenar la gestión de producción, recursos, tareas, stocks, compras, mantenimiento, trazabilidad, costes y pedidos. La empresa se encuentra en un proceso de reorganización interna y cambio generacional, por lo que el ERP no se plantea únicamente como una solución tecnológica, sino como una herramienta para estructurar mejor los procesos, definir responsabilidades y reducir la dependencia de personas concretas dentro de la organización. Se valorarán especialmente soluciones adaptadas a entornos industriales, con capacidad para gestionar órdenes de fabricación, planificación de producción, control de taller, stock, costes, mantenimiento y reporting. También será importante que el proveedor pueda acompañar a la empresa en una implantación por fases, empezando por producción y stock, y avanzando posteriormente hacia compras, costes, mantenimiento, planificación y análisis de datos.

Buscamos proveedores tecnológicos que puedan asesorar y acompañar a empresa de economía circular y el reciclaje de productos textiles naturales, en la selección, configuración e implantación de una solución ERP ligera/cloud adaptada a una microempresa con actividad comercial e internacional. La empresa no necesita necesariamente un ERP de gran complejidad, pero tampoco una herramienta básica de facturación. El objetivo es identificar una solución práctica, usable y escalable que permita ordenar la gestión diaria, mejorar el control documental, comercial y financiero, y facilitar la relación con gestoría. Necesidad principal Se busca una solución ERP ligera o cloud que permita gestionar de forma integrada: Flujo comercial completo: presupuesto, pedido, albarán y factura. Albaranes y documentos personalizables, idealmente multidioma. Conservación del histórico de clientes, operaciones y documentación. Gestión de stock, lotes y trazabilidad básica. Documentación vinculada a operativa internacional. Conexión bancaria o conciliación sencilla. Exportación fiscal y contable para gestoría. Informes rápidos comerciales y financieros. Interfaz sencilla, intuitiva y fácil de adoptar por una microempresa. Aspectos clave a valorar Tendrán especial encaje los proveedores que puedan demostrar experiencia en soluciones ERP para pequeñas empresas, especialmente en entornos con necesidades de exportación, documentación internacional, gestión de stock/lotes y control financiero básico. La usabilidad será un criterio prioritario. Se valorarán soluciones que no sobredimensionen la necesidad y que puedan implantarse de forma progresiva, con acompañamiento cercano y formación práctica. La inteligencia artificial puede ser un elemento interesante si está integrada en procesos reales de negocio, pero no será el criterio principal de selección. Se priorizará que la solución resuelva correctamente las necesidades de base: documentación, histórico, stock, flujo comercial, contabilidad/exportación a gestoría e informes. El objetivo es identificar una solución proporcionada, útil y viable, evitando herramientas excesivamente complejas o soluciones que destaquen funcionalidades avanzadas, como IA, pero no resuelvan las necesidades operativas fundamentales de la empresa.
