Una empresa busca un proveedor tecnológico especializado en soluciones CRM, migración de datos e integración con sistemas ERP para acompañarla en la sustitución de su actual plataforma Salesforce. Actualmente, la empresa trabaja con Kriter ERP y Salesforce como CRM, pero ha decidido no renovar este último debido a su complejidad y a las dificultades que supone su gestión diaria. La organización no dispone de un departamento informático interno y presenta una elevada rotación de personal comercial, por lo que necesita una herramienta más intuitiva, fácil de utilizar y de mantener, que permita incorporar rápidamente a nuevos usuarios. La empresa está valorando el CRM de Kriter ERP, pero desea conocer otras alternativas del mercado antes de tomar una decisión.

Una empresa especializada en el servicio técnico, mantenimiento y reparación de equipos de dispensación de bebidas, principalmente máquinas automáticas de café y zumos instaladas en hoteles, así como cafeteras tradicionales de bares, busca un proveedor tecnológico que le ayude a digitalizar y optimizar sus procesos operativos. La empresa ha experimentado un crecimiento importante en su cartera de clientes y actualmente cuenta con un equipo de tres personas, además de colaboradores autónomos que participan en momentos de mayor carga de trabajo. Actualmente, los técnicos elaboran partes de intervención en papel, donde registran el cliente, el establecimiento donde se realiza el servicio, el tiempo dedicado, los kilómetros recorridos y los materiales o recambios utilizados. Posteriormente, comparten estos documentos mediante WhatsApp y el responsable de la empresa los revisa y organiza manualmente en Google Drive. Este procedimiento genera una carga administrativa considerable y dificulta la gestión eficiente de la información a medida que aumenta el volumen de intervenciones.
