Description
MAGICIAN is a project funded through the Horizon Europe program, aiming to develop robotic solutions for defect classification and review in semi-finished products, modular robotic design, improved worker safety, and human-centered AI integration. The project has launched two calls for proposals to support SMEs and startups in expanding AI applications and functionalities. The first call, currently open, focuses on integrating advanced functionalities into MAGICIAN solutions, particularly improving robotic sensors and cleaning robots through enhanced defect detection algorithms, efficient inspection techniques, and AI modules.
Five selected proposals will receive up to €200,000 each, with varying funding coverage depending on the type of applicant. The deadline for applications is May 2, 2025.
